Base price for a CHARACTER REFERENCE SHEET is 25 USD! This includes NPC ref sheets! However, this price may go up depending on how many extra details you would like added to the sheet. Other factors may affect the price as well. If you have questions, don't be afraid to reach out!Base price ($25 USD) includes:

Character Reference Sheet Addons:
- 1 full body personality pose (+3 USD)
- character color palette (+3 USD if you make me color pick, FREE if you provide a palette for me to use)
- 1-3 alternate outfits (front view only) (+3 USD each)
- 1-2 more headshot closeups (+2 USD each)
- 1+ accessory closeups (+2 USD each depending on detail)
- accessory color palettes (+2 USD if you make me color pick, FREE if you provide a palette for me to use)

Base price for a MINION REFERENCE SHEET is 10 USD! This option isn't included on my form (yet), so please DM me if you'd like this!Base price ($10 USD) includes:

Additonal Fees Relating to Mods:
- Simple mod installations are free. However, there will be an added 5 USD fee onto the base price for characters i deem to be heavily modded.
- On top of this, there will be an additional 10 USD fee for any kind of NSFW mods you'd have me install. This does not include body mods installed for clothing compatibility reasons.
- If you are reading this and you use any paid and/or privately commissioned mods done by my lovely partner, @_Gremmy, please notify me! I will waive all modding fees if and ONLY if you notify me in DMs that you read this paragraph.
- Gremmy's paid mods can be found here. Free public releases do not count towards this discount. Discounts for privately commissioned mods only apply to the user who original commissioned the mod.
- If you're wanting NSFW content on your sheet, please ask me beforehand and specify what kind of NSFW you're talking about. I'm fine with doing it (provided it's not outside of my comfort zone), but the fee is there for a reason.
- These charges will be applied case by case based off my assessment prior to starting your reference sheet. I will communicate these fees with you beforehand.

Regarding Color Picking:
- I charge extra for making me color pick because if I'm being honest, I hate doing it off ingame models. If you give me a previously established palette I will love you forever. Basically, if you color pick for me I will reward you with adding a color palette to your sheet free of charge.
- I typically go off the game's base values for character customization for things like skintone and eye color. However, due to inconsistencies with FFXIV's lighting and tendency to reflect inaccurate colors ingame, I will sometimes resort to color picking ingame in an area with neutral lighting and no reshade filter on.
- If you have an alternate source you'd like me to pick from such as a piece of art or a very specific screenshot, please send it my way! My goal with color picking is accuracy! Seriously. The more tools you give me to work off of, the better!
- I will relay my results to you before putting it down on the sheet. Please be honest with me if you need adjustments (EX: make the skintone darker, the hair being more pink, etc.)!

These examples include ref sheets that start at my base price and go up to about midrange.These are also my more recent ref sheets and thus are more reflective of current quality level. These examples include ref sheets that start at midrange and go up into the pricier end of things.These ref sheets have more character detail packed into them. As a result, these take me a bit longer to work on. Despite this, I'm currently looking to expand this section with more up to date examples! $46 and upwards!

These are the most detailed ref sheets I have to offer. These come packed with pretty much everything the kitchen sink has to offer.Due to the size of these sheets, I typically suggest that these be broken up into two parts (as shown in my example). This is largely due to the fact that shoving everything onto one page can be a nightmare for formatting and can make everything feel a little cluttered. As to how the split happens, that can be up for us to discuss!

BORING LEGAL STUFF

Basic Terms of Service:
- The reference sheets I make are for personal use only. Commercial use is something really complicated and it'd just be something we would need to discuss. Just poke me.
- Your reference sheet may be used in future examples on my end. I may post your reference sheet on my social media as a form of self promotion. By default, you will be pinged in the post I make marking you as the commissioner. Please communicate with me in advance if you would like your sheet to remain private!
- The watermark is there for a reason. Do not crop out, remove, erase, or otherwise edit it. Leave the thing alone. Do not claim my work as your own.
- If you upload my work to Toyhouse, please credit my profile @allos. This makes it easier to keep track of my work. You will likely receive a notification from me requesting your reference sheet be added to my gallery.
- By commissioning me you agree to all the terms listed here. Failure to comply may result in termination without refund and your name added to a personal blacklist. This ToS is linked in every invoice I send out. It's your responsibility to read this over.

Regarding Payment:
- After communicating what you would like on your sheet through my form and text conversation with me, I will add up your total and confirm it with you. Once we have reached an agreement, I will either start on your commission right then and there OR let you know what position you hold in my queue.
- If you are holding a spot on my queue, you will not be charged until I reach your spot and sit down to work on your commission and have your files set.
- My waitlist typically goes in order of request. I will let you know when your slot is up! Please communicate with me in advance if you would like off my waitlist.
- Once I am actively working on your sheet, payment will be taken via Paypal invoice when I have your character's ingame appearance set and ready for screenshots!
- Your finished product should be complete within a couple hours to a week of me receiving payment. This largely depends on my schedule and I will communicate with you if there will be a delay on return time.Misc. Payment ToS:
- USD payment through Square, Paypal, or Cashapp. I heavily prefer Square due to the fees that come with using Paypal.
- No payment plans. No crypto. No NFTS. No gift cards. No gil (it's technically RMT. weird. i know). You get the idea, yeah?
- For Toyhouse exclusively, I will consider character and art trades as a form of payment. If you're interested in this, please comment on my Toyhouse gallery with your offer. Please be aware that I absolutely reserve the right to decline any trade requests I'm not interested in!
- Tips, while optional, are welcome and appreciated. Tips also help me get a better idea of how I should be pricing these things. If you feel like I am undercharging, tipping me is a great way to communicate that you think I should be charging more.
- There will be a small fee for edits that would require me to go back ingame and take another set of screenshots. Fee will be dependent on how big the edit is. Be absolutely sure in what you want from the start! The more details in your initial request, the better! Edits that are related to mistakes on my end are free of charge!
- I will refund you in full if I feel like I can not fulfill your commission for whatever reason. I do not take refund requests otherwise due to the nature of my work cycle. Basically, if I take payment that means I am actively working on your commission that day. Because of this, it makes it difficult to do refunds when taking payment equates to me actively sitting down that day to work on your product.

THE WORK PROCESS

- You make a request! This can be done by shooting me a DM first or going straight to filling out my form! Either way, we will talk beforehand (either through you messaging me first or me messaging you after you submit a form).
- I request the needed files. This includes your character's appearance data. I have a variety of methods that you can choose from when it comes to doing this. The form will give you the option to select which on, so do what makes you comfortable!
- If applicable, This is also the stage where I determine if I will charge extra for modding complexity. You will send the needed files to me during this stage! Please be sure to specify what race/face combination your character is using (EX: M Miqo 104, M Viera 1, etc.)
- I get to work on getting your character's appearance down ingame. In order to assure I have everything accurate, I will relay you screenshots for you to approve. This is your first opportunity to request edits to your ingame character (EX: change the dye, change the top, change character eye color, etc.)
- Once everything is set, I will run your total by you and then request payment via Paypal invoice!
- I will start taking screenshots. These screenshots will be relayed to you for approval and feedback (ex: change the personality pose, change the expression, etc.)! Once screenshots are confirmed and finished, there will be a small fee for edits that would require me to go back ingame and retake screenshots. Fee will be dependent on how big the edit is. Edits that are related to mistakes on my end are free of charge! Be sure you're happy with everything before I hop over to external editing!
- I will go ahead and work on making the screenshots transparent and getting things going in Photoshop. I'll work out a rough placement for things, and send you a preview screenshot for feedback. You're free to offer criticism regarding layout, color schemes, and so on!
- If you haven't already sent it to me via the form, you will now send me things like a previously established character color palette and text you'd like in the name/description boxes. If you need help with text, feel free to look at my past examples! Wording on text may be adjusted slightly in order to fit on the sheet, but you're free to point out what phrasing you deem essential to keep.
- From this point forward it'll be a cycle of adjust, relay, feedback, adjust, relay, feedback, and so on until we have a finished product! Once you are satisfied, I will send you the finished product and ask you if you'd like all of the individual transparent images separately!
- I will also post the finished product on Twitter/Toyhouse. Please let me know in advance if you would prefer your commission remain private!

- Fill out my request form! That link can be found here! This will walk you through requesting addons and giving me specifcs of what you want. It basically just helps me stay organized. I'll contact you after I recieve your form and we'll work from there!
- My response time is usually pretty quick, however it may vary depending on my IRL schedule and overall energy levels. Do not be afraid to poke me if I forget to reply or you're wanting an update! I generally try to knock out these sheets in one sitting, so generally there shouldn't be a huge delay between updates. I'll try my best to communicate if something comes up.
